At one time, the city of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, was surrounded by a fortified city wall.  These fortifications are part of the San Juan National Historic Site and are listed in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.  They are also a UNESCO World Heritage Site,  the dome is in the Cemetery of Maria Magdalena de Pazzis, outside the city wall.
