JGF-ruins-Chinle Wash-US-UT-1315.jpg
An Ancestral Puebloan Native American cliff dwelling ruin on a ledge in Chinle Wash in the Navajo Indian Reservation, near the San Juan River in Utah. Most of the cliff dwelling was built of stone walls with mud mortar, but the structure with the door at center right is wattle and daub construction.
