The rock art petrogplyphs of the Big Kachina Panel of Butler Wash are from the Basketmaker II culture, between 500 B.C. and 500 A.D.  It has anthropomorphic figures in a shamanistic theme.  San Juan River, Utah, USA.  This panel is often mistakenly called the Butler Wash Panel. which is actually located at the mouth of Butler Wash where it empties into the San Juan River.
