A women sells chapulines or roasted grasshoppers at the Benito Juarez Market in Oaxaca, Mexico. The grasshoppers are toasted on a comal with garlic, lime juice and sal de gusano, made from agave worms. They are popular in many parts of Mexico and predate the Spanish conquest.
